History of the house
Mores Country house is composed of a group of buildings. The main building, commonly known as Mores Cottage, dates from the XII Century. At the ground floor you can find stone walls, where it can be seen ancient semicircular arches and walls built using typical medieval techniques like the opus spicatum system (fish bone).
Nevertheless, many different architectonic styles can be observed due to the continuous updates performed until nowadays related to active wear and tear. Next to the main building you can find Saint Rita chapel, which it has not been used as a Chapel for centuries. Finally, the remaining buildings of the farmhouse correspond to the old straw loft and cattle pen, which has been completely adapted and fully equipped to be the perfect place to enjoy and rest whenever you want.
